Have I ever told you why I started KCR IT Solutions? Well let me start. So I starting working in a computer store back in 1993 in Geelong, Victoria. Over time, things changed and I found myself working for an office doing administration and fixing their IT.
Facebook was still reasonably new and I was seeing people in chat groups asking for help with their computers but it would seem there was little or no consistent help available.
So I started offering help in my spare time. That was 8 years ago now. Have you shared your experience with me?

Once I had this client that had recently purchased a new laptop from me, I had selected the laptop for them based on their needs and wanted to give them something suitable.
Anyway, they started having issues where the laptop screen would randomly go blank, not for too long but enough to be annoying. Turned out, the problem was caused by the magnet in their watch band.
Bring Back that Tab You Accidentally Closed
If you close a tab by mistake, don’t worry, you can bring it back by simply pressing Ctrl + Shift + T and get back to what you were doing. You can press Cmd + Shift + T to bring back a closed tab if you’re on Mac.
